I've never said dragonball invented them but dragonball is the first anime which used them and then other animes got inspired by it and they got the ideas Masashi Kishimoto himself said that Naruto is inspired by the star of dragonball Goku and all the anime makers today accept that dragonball is the father of shounen anime now you before typing something first do some research.
